Terms for 00Ops

These terms are between you and Shepherd Holdings Ltd., a corporation registered in Saskatchewan, Canada. 00Ops is a product of Shepherd Holdings Ltd. Registered office: 3110 - 8th Street East, Unit 8-B, Saskatoon, SK S7H 0W2.

Desk fee only

Ember access is a monthly desk-fee subscription (CAD $29 only — not GMV). The card statement shows LUMINOUS. It is desk access only — not a share of any company’s customer charges. Company-revenue split, Connect, and merchant-of-record for owner GMV are not part of this fee.

Cancel and refund

Cancel through Stripe. Refunds, if any, apply to desk fees only.

Acceptable use

Do not use 00Ops for unlawful businesses, to impersonate others, or to store sensitive personal data you do not have a right to process.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada.
